Today wine is treated with the respect it deserves at Seaham Hall. Built in 1791, Seaham Hall has its original vaulted cellars, which have stored fine wines for over two centuries.
The wine list features a selection of wines from both the Old World and the New World – and under the guidance of Restaurant Manager, Alasdair Elwick; there is always someone on hand to give advice on the best wine to accompany each dish.
