Spend this Christmas at Seaham Hall and The Serenity Spa. Relax and dine with our two night festive package where you can relax in pure luxury.
Our festive package includes a three course dinner in The Ozone restaurant on Christmas Eve with a cocktail on arrival. Wake on Christmas morning with breakfast served in your room with Champagne along with your Christmas gift from Seaham Hall. Lunch will be served in the award winning White Room restaurant from 12noon with Champagne on arrival to The Drawing Room. Board games and snacks are available to all of our guests on Christmas Day night. Snacks will be available from 7pm to 9pm. A fabulous brunch will be served in The Ozone restaurant on Boxing Day morning from 10am through to 3pm.
Throughout your stay you have full use of the facilities in The Serenity Spa which include our 20 metre ozone cleansed pool with massage stations, sanarium with crystal light therapy, sauna with quartz crystal, black granite steam room, snail showers, hydrotherapy bath, plunge pools, out door hot tubs and the Technogym fitness suite.

Terms and Conditions
This is a two night package arriving on Christmas Eve. 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due by 19th November 2010. We operate with a 7 day cancellation and amendment policy. If times for meals are not reserved at the time of booking the reservations team will allocate a time, this will be confirmed in the confirmation letter and also upon arrival. If this time needs to be changed please contact the hotel direct. We strongly advise that treatments are booked as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Prices are per room based on two people sharing. If you are looking for a Christmas break and have children please contact the hotel on 0191 516 1400 as there are restrictions for children dining in The White Room.
