“An employee’s motivation is the direct result of the sum of interactions with his or her manager.” At Seaham Hall, we firmly believe in this. There is no better way to stimulate and inspire your employees than with a team building activity, of which we have a large selection. From the more relaxed wine and whisky tasting, to paintballing and clay pigeon shooting, we have everything you could ever think of – plus a bit more.
Wine and Whisky Tasting
Spend the evening in our cosy cellar, surrounded by every type of tipple you can imagine. Let our Cellar Master guide you through a sensory delight, pairing your wine with cheese and whisky with cigars. For centuries, the cork had to be removed in order to enjoy a glass of wine. Seaham Hall now offers the Coravin system, which keeps the cork in the bottle while you explore the finest wines by the glass. The wine that remains in the bottle will continue to evolve naturally for your next visit to Seaham Hall.
Tea Tasting Ceremonies
Are you looking for something to relax and refresh the mind? This session would include a talk on Chinese tea culture, a guided meditation, and participation in a tea ceremony including multiple infusions of rare wild Chinese teas. Experience profound meditative tranquillity and savour a tea which would be the equivalent of the finest French claret vintages.
This activity offers you the latest semi autos so that teammates can battle it out over 5 unique arenas, including a Wild West town, modern warfare field, and fall out zone. The 13hp karts may not sound powerful but these rugged machines are capable of speeds of up to 40mph+ which feels fast and furious when you drive just inches from the ground. Rear wheel drive and independent suspension allows the driver to drift their way around the purpose built track. These dirt buggies are sure to put a smile on the mud covered face of anyone that takes the wheel.

Shots range from single birds to doubles and triples moving in different directions to challenge sharp shooters in the group.
