Our new Indian Steam Chamber generates heat set at a toasty temperature of 40 degrees, the heat works deep into your muscles to relieve them of tension, soothe, restore and aid all-round mobility.
Like many heat facilities, our Indian Steam Chamber will open your airways, helping you breathe more easily, reliving any sinus or respiratory problems in turn easing excess tension or headaches.
It’s temperature helps to stimulate circulation, boosts your immune system which in turn encourages the body to heal itself to any infections or scarring. And if all of the above weren’t enough, it will also work wonders for your skin! The steam produced within the chamber cleanses the skin by opening up pores, stimulating the skin, drawing out dirt and eliminating toxins to leave your skin with a natural glow.
