  • Food and Beverage Supervisor

    Five star luxury boutique hotel and spa Seaham Hall are looking to recruit and Food and Beverage Supervisor to their growing team.

    The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, driven and passionate. They must be able to work and lead a team, be well presented and have excellent communication skills. It is essential that applicants can demonstrate the highest standard of working in a five star environment.

    This full time position will include supervising shifts for breakfast, lunch and dinner service as well as lounge and bar service during the day and evening. A knowledge of meetings and events is also an advantage.

    Our restaurants, lounges and bars are open 7 days per week including weekends and public holidays.

    Previous supervisory experience within a busy food and beverage operations is essential.

  • Food and Beverage Attendant

    Five star luxury boutique hotel and spa Seaham Hall are looking to recruit Food and Beverage Assistants to their growing team.

    The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, driven and passionate. They must be able to work as part of a team, be well presented and have excellent communication skills.

    The position is 0-40 hours per week and working days will include covering shifts for breakfast, lunch and dinner service as well as lounge and bar service during the day and evening.

    Our restaurants, lounges and bars are open 7 days per week including weekends and public holidays.

    Previous experience within the hospitality industry is essential.

  • Marketing Coordinator

    Marketing Coordinator

    Full Time: Monday – Friday 9am -5.30pm

    Job Role: To work within the marketing team creating and executing successful marketing campaigns for the hotel and spa.   

    Responsibilities;

    -  Social Media Scheduling – to plan and execute social media posts in line with the Marketing Calendar ahead of time and to post on the day where required.

    - Monitor social media in line with our key word strategy

    - Maintain social media channels through replying to queries, interaction and updating images and information in line with the marketing plan.

    - To create innovative, creative and interesting marketing ideas in line with long term marketing plan.

    - To update the website with special offers and content on a regular basis. To ensure all images and content is up to date.

    - To create and analyse monthly competitor reports, in line with marketing focuses

    - Use Photoshop and in design to create marketing materials where required around the hotel and spa. To work with key departments on these requirements, print and fulfil.

    - To create effective adverts for publications

    - To assist with any other relevant marketing activity that may be necessary 

    - To create, write and publish blog posts

    - Writing and proof reading

    - Attending weekly meetings on how to drive business and contribute ideas to what marketing tool would be the most useful

    - Maintaining and updating customer databases

    - Organising photoshoots

    - Attending Trade shows and trade fairs where applicable

    - Managing the production of e-shots, newsletters, poster and other marketing materials.

    - Working on campaigns from idea development right through to production

    - Monitor print requests if required – make repeat orders

    Skills:

    • Good IT skills – Word, excel, powerpoint, outlook
    • Good writing skills
    • Photoshop skills are desired
    • Good communication and positive attitude
    • Organised and conscientious
    • Qualification in Marketing, Business or social media is desired
    • Experience within a working environment
    • Interest in Digital Marketing and the hospitality industry
