Whether your guest list is 2 or 122, we've got just the space for your event or celebration. Each and every one is beautifully styled, and many come with gorgeous views as standard. And if it's high-tech conference facilities you need, we've got them too.

The Annabella Room

Capacity: 2-20

This room has modern conference facilities and is tucked away in a quiet corner of the hotel. With floor-to-ceiling windows providing plenty of natural daylight and views over our fabulous gardens, the space is perfect for intimate presentations, interviews, and private dining.

The Ballroom

Capacity: 2-100

Located on the ground floor of the main house with direct access to the south-facing terrace and spectacular views of the stunning hotel grounds, this room is wonderful for a variety of meetings and events. Adjacent to The Ballroom is a private bar, making this ideal for a breakout area or drinks and canapés.

The Garden Room

Capacity: 2-30

A bright and beautiful space offering panoramic views of our grounds. Featuring a top-quality smart TV, integrated AV, and tele-adapt media hub, this room is ideal for a variety of events including arrival drinks, meetings, or dinner parties.

From start to finish their events team were simply amazing. We run a lot of events across the country and it is rare to meet a team as fabulously on top of things as the team at Seaham. No request was too much trouble and they helped us to think through all of the details of the event, accommodating all of our weird and wacky requests.
