Seaham Hall is home to variety of versatile and wonderfully appointed event spaces, all of which boast beautiful views of the surrounding gardens. Ideal for 2 to 120 guests, our luxury meeting rooms are guaranteed to impress and inspire, and our dedicated events team are always on hand to help you deliver the perfect event.

The Annabella Room

The Annabella Room is a unique and private room with modern conference facilities. With floor-to-ceiling Georgian windows which provide an abundance of natural daylight and frame views across our stunning 37 acre gardens, the space is is perfect for intimate presentations, interviews, private dining and meetings for up to 20 people. The Annabella is available in a number of adaptable configurations, offering a truly bespoke experience.

The Ballroom

The elegant Ballroom at Seaham Hall provides a flexible dining space for up to 120 people. Located on the ground floor of the main house with direct access to the south-facing terrace, offering spectacular views of the stunning hotel grounds, this room is truly wonderful for a variety of meetings and events. Adjacent to The Ballroom is a private bar, making this ideal for a breakout area or drinks and canapés.

The Courtyard

The striking Courtyard is a stunning bright and airy two-storey atrium with a vaulted glass ceiling and marble floors, featuring a spiral oak, iron, and glass staircase that leads to The Cellar. The Courtyard is the perfect mix of contemporary sophistication and classic simplicity, and is ideal for a variety of events including arrival drinks, a breakout buffet lunch or a Spey Whisky tasting experience with the hotel's Cellar Master.

The Vortex Room

The Vortex Room takes inspiration from Seaham Hall's coastal backdrop, and is an innovative, versatile space which is perfect for unconventional meetings, private dining or film evenings. The Vortex Room features a top quality smart TV (which can be seamlessly concealed by one of our fabulous pieces of artwork when not in use), integrated AV, including tele-adapt media hub, a cunningly concealed drinks fridge, air conditioning, and waiter station.
