A part of your stay, you will enjoy:

 

  • Breakfast served from 7.30 am – available as room service at 8am or served in The Lounge where you can be accompanied by your four-legged friends.
  • Full use of our award winning 5 luxury bubble spa facilities from 12noon on your day of arrival through to 12noon on your day of departure.
  • Your suite is available to check into from 4pm and we ask guests to depart by 10am.

    Price is based on four adults and either one medium sized dog or two small dogs in our dog friendly Bungalow suite. Suites are available subject to availability on a limited basis. This promotion has a 48hour cancellation policy. We do ask that you enter the first name and surname of all guests who will be staying with us. Your suite is available to check into from 4pm, with departure by 12noon. We advise pre-booking spa treatments and dinner as soon as you have booked your overnight stay as we are unable to guarantee availability. If booking online payment will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival from the card entered during the booking process. If calling to make your reservation, payment will be required on arrival. All hotel guests are required to leave a £50 pre-authorisation on a credit card on arrival to open a room account during your stay. This £50 does not leave your account but may show as a pending transaction for up to 10 working days from your arrival. If you wish to use Seaham Hall vouchers as your payment, please do not book online, please call our team on 0191 516 1400.  Credit/debit card details will be required to guarantee your booking. Where possible please hand original vouchers to our Reception Team on arrival. Management have the right to retrieve this offer at any time. All prices quoted include VAT. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. We advise taking out travel insurance.

    Please note dogs are not allowed in the hot tub nor the bathroom in the suite. We kindly request that your dog does not sit on any furniture. All dogs on a lead are permitted into their specific suite, the hotel lobby, garden areas and The Lounge. If you are leaving your suite at any point, please ensure that your dog is in its own secure kennel crate within the room (a medium crate can be provided on request but is subject to availability).  Please make every effort to keep your pets from barking indoors. If you wish to dine in The Dining Room, Ozone restaurant or relax in our spa, your dog may be left in your suite to snooze providing it is in a crate or pet carrier.   If you do leave your dog in your suite, please make our reception team aware of your location in case we need to contact you.

    Should there be any damage in the room, an additional charge will be applied to your stay.
