It’s safe to say that the past year has been a real rollercoaster. As we celebrate our newfound freedom, and gradually ease ourselves back into normal life, wellness should be at the forefront of our lives.
Read on to discover more about our summer spa and wellness experiences and find out how we’ll be making physical and mental wellbeing a priority over the coming months.
Tackling post-covid anxiety
The pandemic has dramatically affected all of our lives. It’s important to set aside specific time to focus on your worries, and hypnosis is a great way to centre the mind and enjoy that all-important downtime.
Our in-house hypnotherapy guru, Silvia, can support life-long changes with easy steps forward. Using powerful kinetic shift techniques, hypnotherapy can help eradicate stress, anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, depression, and any of the mental and physical symptoms associated with these conditions. Sessions are available from £100 – whether it be within one of our spacious treatment rooms, surrounded by sea glass on the beach, or in our 37 acres of open space.
Embracing the great outdoors
Celebrate the beautiful British summertime with our Summer Spa Garden programme. Featuring outdoor Temple Spa masterclasses, mindfulness meditation practices, mini treatment workshops and much more – the Spa Garden at Serenity Spa is all about uplifting your mood from the comfort of our stunning outdoor spaces. Stay tuned for all our upcoming session timings and details of how to secure your space.
Supporting continued immunity through the benefits of seaweed
Seaweed is packed with skin-friendly ingredients. Our product partners at ishga combine hand-harvested seaweed from the Outer Hebrides with a blend of organic ingredients such as cucumber extract, macadamia, jojoba oil, thistle oil, Hebridean Sea Salt, and aloe vera. They also use lavender essential oil – an ingredient proven to eliminate nervous tension, relieve pain, disinfect the scalp and skin, enhance blood circulation, and treat respiratory problems.
Our ishga treatments are available from £70 per person or as part of our Full Day/Evening Spa packages.
A lockdown lifestyle restart
It’s safe to say that we’ve all had days during lockdown when motivation has fallen a little flat. However, when it comes to getting back into an exercise regime, it’s important to prepare your body and your mind. With a rush to return to normality, and the great British summer on its way, you may overexert yourself and, in turn, cause injury.
However, with a team of healthcare experts on-hand, we’ll ensure your return to wellness journey is inspiring, effective, and supports your health and wellbeing in the long term. Find out more about our spa memberships and discover which package best suits your lifestyle.
