Four simple tips

Women’s Wellness Week

To celebrate Women’s Wellness week on the 18th September we have pulled together 4 simple wellness tips that you can do every day making your overall wellness levels increase and leave you feeling great about yourself!

1. Get more sleep
It’s important to make time for sleep, ensure you are getting seven – nine hours sleep a night. This will increase productivity, help skin regenerate and your body to rest, ready to take on the next day!

If you struggle to fall asleep and switch off why not try our Garden of Deep Calm Massage. Which gently restores your body, mind and spirit with Thai style and western relaxing massage techniques.

2. Disconnect during the day
Do you struggle to leave your phone behind? Learn to make a conscious effort to leave your phone behind at lunch to get some well-deserved off –screen time. This will lighten the stress load that we are constantly bombarded with, even taking a few minutes outside can increase positive moods.

Try our De-stress spa day to completely switch off!

3. Help others
By taking a small amount of time out of your day to help others whether it is volunteering at an animal shelter or helping someone carry a bag up the stairs these acts of kindness contribute towards an increased level of life satisfaction and well-being.

4. Learn to breathe
The simple act of breathing can make a huge impact on your emotions. If you feel stressed, overwhelmed or just fed up. Take a minute to take a few deep breaths to bring clarity and well-being to your mind.

For a stress-free, relaxing day explore our special spa offers.
