1) Enjoy a night time bath 

Here at Seaham Hall, all of our suites have beautiful and spacious baths, with complimentary bubble baths so you can soak in style. A night-time bath is a great way to relax your muscles and enjoy time to yourself before bed.  Hot water soothes the body and better prepares us for falling asleep. When a tense body enters a warm bath, the hot water increases the body temperature and relaxes the muscles – this not only has a positive impact on our bodies, but our minds too.

2) The Temple Spa Sleep Aid Kit

To celebrate World Sleep Day, we’re offering a complimentary Temple Spa Sleep Aid Kit to our guests, which are vegan and paraben-free. Enjoy a collection of calming products to aid relaxation and induce sleep, whether you’re at home or on your travels.

3) 5-minute meditation in the Serenity Spa 

Meditation relieves anxiety, stress, fatigue and pain. You don’t need to dedicate lots of time to mediation to see results – as little as five minutes of mindfulness will do the trick. 4) Give your phone a break
