Reopening member FAQs
When will my membership payment be collected and what will this look like?
As per our reopening for members, your membership DDR will be re-activated as of 1st May 2021. Sadly, we will no longer be offering a freeze of membership at this time. If you wish to speak with a member of the team about your options, please contact email@example.com.
When will the facility be open and are there any restrictions in place?
We will be operating reduced opening hours as part of our initial reopening, please see below:
Saturday 1st May – Sunday 16th May 2021
Monday – Sunday 8am – 6pm, (child swim times apply 8.30am – 10am & 4.30pm – 6pm daily. Early bird members during this period will be granted access Monday – Friday 8am – 11am.
During this time steam and sauna rooms must remain closed in line with Government Guidance. Face coverings must also be worn on entry, exit and around all public areas of the spa, including poolside and changing rooms.
Monday 17th May 2021 onwards
Monday – Friday 6.30am – 10pm, Saturday, 7am – 10pm, Sunday 8am – 10pm, (usual child swim times apply 8.30am – 10am & 5pm – 6.30pm daily)
Will members need to pre-book to gain access to the facility?
We will be operating a member booking system through my wellness app. We kindly request that members book their gym or spa session in advance of arrival. Bookings slots will be available to book 48hrs in advance. We have allocated staggered timings, capacities and length of time for the gym and spa to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for you all. You can download my wellness app here, Should you not book your session in advance you may be turned away if the facility is full. Please ensure you carry photographic ID as well as your membership card as this will be requested on arrival.
What social distancing measures are in place for member and guests visits?
Our one-way flow system remains in place where possible throughout the Spa & Hotel and we politely request that all guests respect this measure. Indoor poolside lounging should be kept to a minimum until the reopening of indoor hospitality on 17th May 2021.
What additional hygiene measures have been put in place?
All members will be asked to sanitise their hands when entering the spa and we have increased ishga branded sanitation stations around high touch points and public areas. We are actively promoting employees, members and contractors to wash their hands more frequently. All members, employees and contractors will be required to take a temperature measurement on arrival via our non-invasive temperature tablet Tauri.
Will classes be available throughout May?
In line with Government Guidance indoor classes will not be permitted until 17th May 2021. Weather permitting a selection of outdoor classes will be available from 1st May – 16th May 2021.
Will changing room, lockers and shower facilities be available?
Change areas will remain open, however we will be operating an ‘active arrive in attire’ policy to keep congestion to a minimum. Members lockers, robes, towels and slippers will be allocated on arrival to ensure social spaced changing. Should your visit be for the gym only we request lockers on entrance to the gym are made use of.
Will the Ozone be available for members to use?
The Ozone restaurant is scheduled to reopen on 17th May 2021. To pre-book your reservation, view our live availability here. Refreshments of iced water will be available in the gym and poolside.
Will members be able to book treatments?
Our treatment diary will be open for appointments as of 1st May 2021, remember you will receive up to 20% exclusive member discount.
