Please note this offer is only available to those who have purchased a ticket to attend the Member's Celebration: 20 Years of Serenity Spa. If you do not currently hold a ticket for this event, please purchase one via the button below to secure your place and be eligible for a discounted room rate.

  1. Terms & Conditions
    • This offer can only be booked online.
    • Prices are based on single or double occupancy sharing a Junior Suite.
    • Upgrades to higher suite categories are available for an additional charge.
    • Suites are available subject to availability on a limited basis.
    • This promotion has a 48hour cancellation policy.
    • We do ask that you enter the first name and surname of all guests who will be staying with us.
    • Please ensure you have purchased the event ticket as well as booking your overnight stay – this is very important as you will not be eligible for this discount if you are not in possession of a ticket.
    • Your suite is available to check into from 3pm, with departure by 12noon.
    • At Seaham Hall, our Duvets are Feather and Pillows Duck & Down, should you wish for an alternative please contact us in advance of your arrival.
    • Payment will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival from the card entered during the booking process.
    • All hotel guests are required to leave a £50 pre-authorisation on a credit card on arrival to open a room account during your stay. This £50 does not leave your account but may show as a pending transaction for up to 10 working days from your arrival.
    • If you wish to use Seaham Hall vouchers as your payment, please do not book online, please call our team on 0191 516 1400.  Credit/debit card details will be required to guarantee your booking. Where possible please hand original vouchers to our Reception Team on arrival.
    • Management have the right to retrieve this offer at any time.
    • All prices quoted include VAT.
